St Mary Magdalene’s is having a busy week - and you're welcome to take part...
Tuesday 7 May: “Theologies and Ecclesiologies of Exclusion - Gender and sexuality in the church today”
We will be examining the biblical material often used to justify negative attitudes to women and to lesbian, bisexual, gay and transgendered people, and finding out what these readings mean and how they have been abused. We will find a message of inclusion and freedom. Ever been bothered by what the Bible says in places? Then this is for you!
