Christian Meditation at St Mary Magdalene's

Meditation is a well-established tradition in Christianity. It can lead to a greater sense of calm and awareness of God's presence. Meditation can also help manage stress and bring clearer and more positive thinking.

Led by the Rector, the Revd Cate Relf-Pennington, a meditation session is held in the church every week.

You can join us for a vegetarian lunch after meditation at 12.45pm for the cost of a gold coin donation.

When: Wednesdays at 12 noon.
Where: St Mary Magdalene's, Moore Street, Adelaide
Cost: Free. Vegetarian lunch is a gold coin donation
Enquiries: Telephone: 08 8305 9374 or email: OMaryMag[at]Anglicare-SA.org.au
