Donate Christmas food and gifts to the Magdalene Centre 2016 appeal

Join the Magdalene Centre in bringing hope this festive season and donate a gift or some goodies for the Christmas hampers.

This year, the Magdalene Centre will provide 500 Christmas hampers to people in crisis and experiencing hardship.

The Magdalene Centre welcomes food donations of:
  • tinned ham, salmon and tuna
  • long-life custard and cream
  • coffee, tea, milo, cordial, soft drink and fruit juice
  • Christmas cakes, puddings and fruit mince pies
  • tinned vegetables and fruit
  • chips, pretzels, nuts and dried fruit
  • sweets and chocolates
  • breakfast cereals and long-life milk
  • baked beans and tinned spaghetti
  • Vegemite, peanut paste, jam, marmalade
  • Pasta and pasta sauce

  If you would like to donate a child's gift, please consider:
  • books, CDs, DVDs and gift vouchers
  • dolls, tea sets, doll prams/pushers
  • toy cars, planes, trains
  • LEGO and other construction toys, tennis or cricket sets, balls
  • board games, jigsaw puzzles
  • make-up, nail polish, skin care sets, jewellery and accessories, socks
  • arts and crafts sets, construction toys
  • back-to-school sets – pencils, pencil case, rubbers, ruler, back pack

If you can help with any of these donations, the Magdalene Centre will gladly distribute them. 

Bring your goods to:
The Magdalene Centre at 46 Carrington Street, Adelaide, between 10am and 3pm weekdays.
